Kylie Cirks- Equine
Science Entrepreneurship Proficiency Award Winner Horse Trainer Kylie Cirks is a 17 year old senior from the Richland 44
FFA Chapter in At that time she felt she needed more knowledge about
horses, so she obtained a job at the Kylie’s Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE) is based
on the jobs and services she has had with horses. Kylie enjoys learning about
the behavior of horses and wants to learn as much as possible about training
horses. Kylie’s knowledge and skills have expanded dramatically because of her
research and experiences. In order for her business to be successful, Kylie knew she
had to do a good job promoting herself. Kylie started by getting involved in
selling and training horses and offering horse services. Twenty horses are
currently on her farm. In three months Kylie plans to train twenty horses for
about $5,000 while holding a second job. Kylie
