New Pfizer Animal Health Programs Support FFA

Last fall Pfizer Animal Health announced a new program which provided veterinarians and animal health suppliers an opportunity to support FFA. For eligible purchases of Pfizer Animal Health products, donations were made to the FFA chapter(s) of a customer’s choice.

FFA is dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of students by developing their potential for premier leadership, personal growth and career success through agricultural education. The Pfizer Animal Health program donations will assist FFA chapters with classroom materials, educational opportunities, travel to the national convention and more. The program also provides veterinarians and suppliers with an opportunity to engage young FFA students in discussions about rewarding careers in animal health.

The program was implemented in the fall and again in the spring of this year.  Last fall, there was approximately $465,000 that went to FFA programs selected by their local veterinarians around the nation and over $34,000 went to FFA chapters in North Dakota .
