ND Meeting was called to order by President Lenny Tesky. Agenda Item: Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved as read. Agenda Item: The treasurer’s report was given with Checking of $1,790.79, Gamming Account of $4,059.13, Savings Account of $6,222.54, CD of $9,002.62 due on 3-18-2011 and CD of $4,000.86 due on 1-10-2011. Discussion: Tom moved to accept the treasurer’s report and Rod seconded, motion carried. OLD BUSINESS: Agenda Item:
Ag Teachers Picnic will be held at Agenda Item: Report was given that the prizes cost $7,122.00 with 1332 tickets being sold for a total of $19,980.00. NEW
BUSINESS: Agenda Item:
Bruce moved to hold Scavenger Hunt and Trivia Quiz at Greenhand/ALD/MFE
Conference with $280.00 in cash for prizes.

National FFA Convention to be held in Agenda Item: Raffle. Committee met earlier. Print 2000 tickets. Prizes Polaris 4-wheeler, 270 Savage Rifle with scope, Remington Express 12 shotgun, Ruger 22, 2 TVs (Bruce will pickup and decide on the size), DeWalt Tools, 4- $100.00 cash prizes, Medora musical with pitchfork fondue and Bunkhouse, Carhart Jacket donated by Cenex of Beulah, ND. Tickets will be $15.00 each. Kickback to be decided at Annual Meeting. Agenda Item: Maddock Officers Retreat. Bruce moved to sponsor $500.00 for the 2010 Maddock Officers Retreat. Tom seconded, motion carried. Agenda Item:
Region 3 Ag Teachers Retreat. Bruce
moved to sponsor $300.00 to the Region 3 NAAE Retreat to be held in 2011 in ND.
