PROPOSED CHANGE TO NORTH DAKOTA FFA ALUMNI ASSOCIATION BY-LAWS

 

BY-LAW NOW READS;  

     Article VI:  Fiscal Year

          Section A.  The Fiscal year of the North Dakota FFA Alumni Association shall commence on the First day of January in each year and shall end on the thirty-first day of December.

   

PROPOSED CHANGE;

      Article VI:  Fiscal year

           Section A.  The Fiscal year of the North Dakota FFA Alumni Association shall commence on the First day of September in each year and end on the thirty-first day of August of each year.

 

Proposed Constitutional Change

 CONSTITUTION AS NOW READS;

 ARTICLE VII DUES

  Section A

        The Annual dues of the North Dakota FFA Alumni Association shall be recommended by the FFA Alumni Executive Council and fixed by a majority vote of membership present at the annual meeting.  State and National dues must be paid on a Calendar membership year basis for all active FFA Alumni members.  No member shall be considered an active membership in good stand-in unless dues are paid.
