of the last meeting were read and approved as read.
Discussion:
Bruce moved to approve the
minutes as read, Lenny second the motion, motion carried.

Item: The
treasurer’s report was given with Savings of $787.39, Gamming Account of
$2,255.01, Checking Account of $2,770.01, CD of $8,780.99, and another CD of
$4,000.00.

Lenny moved to accept the
treasurer’s report, Don second, motion carried.

Awards
Discussion:
Lenny moved to have one award
for every three affiliates @ $250.00 each with $400.00 from Cenex being added
in, Bruce second, motion carried. Due
by February 19, 2010 and need to be sent to Bruce Bachmeier.

Leadership Conference
Discussion:
Bruce moved to give one
scholarship per every three affiliates @ $350.00 plus the National scholarship,
Lane second, motion carried. Applications
need to be sent to Joel Lemer.
It
was announced that therefore rosters need to be due February 10, 2010.

National Auction Item

Duane moved to send a wheat
weaving again to the National Alumni Auction, Bruce second, motion carried.

Presidents Conference
Discussion:
The Chapter Presidents
Conference is headed by Carrington FFA Alumni and put on by Amber Haugland.
There were about 20 to 22 attendees.
Can be attended by any Chapter President in the state.
Don Nygaard moved to sponsor up to $1,200.00 for the Presidents
Conference, Myron second, motion carried.

Convention Awards
Discussion:
Joel moved to give $1,000.00 to
State Convention Awards and Beth is to put it where she needs it, Lenny second,
motion carried.

Discussion:
The cost of the 4-wheeler was
$5,250.00 and the cost of all the prizes was $7,060.00.
To cover the costs we will need to sell 470 tickets.
KMOT Ag Show will be held January 27-28-29, 2010 with the 4-wheeler being
there. Bruce moved to continue with
the gaming permit and to be held in Bismarck, Myron second, motion carried.
ommittee for next Raffle will be Lenny, Bruce, Rod, Larry, Myron.
It was suggested to go to $20.00 per ticket, add prizes, and bump
kickback.
Duane moved to hold 2011
Raffle, Myron second, motion carried.

Auction
Discussion:
Glen gave a report about the
good job that the intern did to get the auction items updated daily on the
computer sale bill. Glenn said that
he will continue to do the auction as long as the Alumni support the Ag Teachers
Intern Program.
Bruce moved to continue on with the
Alumni/Foundation Auction and also sponsor $500.00 for the summer intern
program, Duane second, motion carried.

Bruce moved to sponsor $600.00
to Ag Teacher Summer Conference Picnic, Steve second, motion carried.

was nominated, Myron moved nominations cease and cast a unanimous ballot for
Lenny, Duane second, motion carried.
Vice President----Bruce was nominated, Duane moved nominations cease and
cast a unanimous ballot for Bruce, Steve second, motion carried.
Reporter----Chelsie was nominated, Lenny moved nominations cease and cast
a unanimous ballot for Chelsie, Myron second, motion carried.
Sec/Tres Larry was nominated, Lenny moved nominations cease and cast a
unanimous ballot for Larry, Don second, motion carried.
Duane moved to pay $250 per
year to do Sec. work, Don second, motion carried.
Don moved to adjourn, Steve second, motion carried.

an informational addition: Thank
You for the $250.00’s for the Sec/Tres. Work, but I decided to accept it, and
it will be donated back to the ND FFA Alumni and I will continue to serve as
Sec./Tres.
